Returns & Exchanges

At Amen Artisan, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your artisanal garment isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
